A whole lotta construction and lighting for two photographs

Shooting in studio is great from a control standpoint. However, it's also a serious undertaking to reproduce a high rise condo balcony and make it feel like night and day. Two full days were required for the builder to make a structurally sound (and it had to be because there was a model in it) set. Then it needed to be painted and decorated. In total, the two shots took nearly a week to produce.
